The Guilty

Once the religious leaders of Jesus' day dragged a young woman across town and threw her, crumbled and weeping, at His feet.  They'd caught her in bed with a man not her husband.

"Should we stone her according to the religious-civil laws?" they demanded of Jesus.

"‘Neither do I condemn you;'" He told her, "‘now go and sin no more.'"

That's how God treats the guilty who want to do better.
