Belonging to God by Choice
If you would like to choose God today, to belong to Him today, to be
ready for Jesus to come today, then simply tell Him so. Tell Him
that you want Him to have His way in your life, and to help you come into
closer relationship with Him. He will answer that prayer.
If you don't know how to say this to God, here's a prayer you could
say that's as profound as it is simple:
"Dear God, I can tell that You are drawing me. It's both scary
and wonderful. I don't know where it will all lead. But wherever,
as long as it's with You, I want to go. Thank You for accepting me
as Your child. I want to be ready for Jesus' return. I want
my influence to contribute to those I love being ready also. Help
me, Lord. I need You. In Jesus name, Amen."
God has heard the prayer of your heart. He's responding even now.
