Eden
In our study entitled "Star Wars" we analyze the story of
our first parents, Adam and Eve, rejecting God's friendship and severing
their relationship with Him. It's a simple story with profound implications.
First they distrusted God–the root of all sin.
Then they disobeyed Him–the fruit of sin. Genesis
3:1-7
How did God respond to their rebellion against Him? He came searching
for them, calling, "Where are you?" Genesis
3:6-9
Over and over again throughout the pages of Scripture, the repetitious
cry of God can be heard in search of His rebel, runaway children, "Where
are you?" Read the message of any prophet, read the story of any
hero or villain in the Bible, and in between the lines you will hear the
call of God in search of His lost and wandering children.
